Does your website package include domain & hosting?

Yes, we do. You can choose domain name and inform us to check availability.

I don’t have content for my website, can you help me?

Yes, we can assist your website content. Let us know information you have about your business and we will create content accordingly.

How many days you need to do my website?

Website package RM500 and RM900 will be completed within 1-2 working days.

Can I request you to upload photos, videos or PDF file to my website?

Yes, you can whatsapp or email to us for website editing. For minor website editing, you can whatsapp us your needs and we will edit website. Major website editing jobs only need to send by email.

Can you help to create company email address?

Yes we can, let us know email name needed and we will create accordingly. You can create email by yourself from cPanel and we have video tutorial to guide you with.

Can I set up email app like Outlook or others?

Yes you can. You need to know how to set up email app like Outlook or others on PC, Laptop, Phone or other device. We encourage you to use webmail link as it is safe to used.

What is your “FREE WEBSITE EDIT” program?

We have this program since 2016 whereby minor editing is free. Most of our customer would like to change few photos or certificates and text is under this program.

Do you implement monthly website maintenance?

Yes we do, monthly website maintenance will be scheduled on every Saturday end of months.

Do I need to make down payment?

For website package RM500, you need to pay in advance. Other website package will apply deposit 50% upon confirmation and 50% after completion of website. We will send quotation and invoice if you need to make any payment.

What is your company profile package?

Our company profile package will transform your business information and photos into a file in PDF format.

What kind of system you will develop?

It is a customized system based on customer data. We believe that most of customers have different kind of process to complete their order and therefore, customized system is a solution for them.

What is the different between LAN & WAN?

Local Area Network (LAN) is a network in your workplace only and Wide Area Network (WAN) is a network across the world.

Can your system integrated in LAN & WAN?

Yes, we have different system developed for LAN & WAN. Our WAN system developed using ASP.net.
